1. The CD sound quality is much better than on Interstella, but still not up to my expectations for Daft Punk. My previous experience with the Discovery songs was with the Daft Punk Alive CD, I might add, and the sound quality on the Alive CD is far above that of the Discovery CD/5(K).

Mar 12,  · expectations were high to daft punk after their famous debut with 'homework', and this follow-up definitely aimed to be more pop than anything else. but they suceeded very well. a unique combination of their previous french-house style combined with something like "80ies synthierock" makes discovery a worthy follower.
